The United States Department of Agriculture’s Risk Management Agency (RMA) and Custom Ag Solutions (CAS) have partnered to deliver risk management and crop insurance information to help Michigan cherry growers, maple producers, and beginning agricultural producers to better understand risk, risk management, and the structure and availability of Federal Crop Insurance Programs.

The Partnership is part of RMA’s Commodity Partnerships Program, which exists to deliver risk management education and information to targeted agricultural producers.

With substantial RMA involvement, CAS will 1) develop content, 2) plan and schedule educational offerings, and 3) deliver crop insurance training and information to targeted Michigan producers.
